Approved business use

These terms apply to approved U.S. retailers and authorized representatives using Pinchnip’s wholesale portal. The user confirms authority to act for the retailer and must keep account and location information current.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, availability, shipping, payment timing, and any approved credit terms are those shown in the portal, invoice, or a separate signed agreement. Pinchnip may correct errors, limit quantities, and reject orders for inventory, compliance, fraud, or account-status reasons. An order is accepted when Pinchnip confirms it.

Resale and product presentation

Retailers will store and present products responsibly, follow supplied handling and safety instructions, avoid altered or unsupported product claims, and not remove required labels. Pinchnip brand assets may be used only as provided or approved and only to market authentic Pinchnip products.

Shipping, inspection, and claims

Inspect shipments promptly. Report shortage, visible damage, or fulfillment errors within seven days with supporting details. Wholesale remedies are determined from the order, invoice, carrier facts, and any separate written agreement. Consumer Catisfaction claims should be directed to Pinchnip support and do not automatically create a retailer chargeback right.

Accounts, privacy, and suspension

Portal users must protect credentials, use data only for authorized business purposes, and follow the Privacy & Cookie Policy. Pinchnip may suspend access to protect systems, investigate misuse, address nonpayment, or end an inactive or unauthorized relationship.

Disputes and legal rights

Send written notice and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Missouri law applies where permitted, followed by a court with lawful jurisdiction. Separate signed terms control if they expressly conflict with this page.
