Our commitment

Pinchnip LLC is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard access, useful text alternatives, understandable controls, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technology.

Standards and testing

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference and include automated, desktop, mobile, keyboard, and assistive-technology review in major customer-flow changes. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and stating this goal does not mean every page or third-party tool is free of barriers.

Accessibility settings

The Accessibility settings control in the footer can apply larger text, stronger contrast, and reduced motion throughout the storefront. A keyboard shortcut at the beginning of every page moves directly to that control. Device-level reduced-motion and forced-color preferences are respected whether or not the optional preset is enabled.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, shipping, media, and other third-party services may have accessibility features or limitations outside our direct control. We will work to provide reasonable assistance and pass useful feedback to the provider where appropriate.

Ask for help or report a barrier

Please identify the page or task, the barrier you encountered, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance that would help. We will review the request and respond as reasonably practicable.
