1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern the Pinchnip website, customer accounts, and retail purchases. By creating an account or placing an order after receiving a clear link to these Terms, you agree to them and the policies incorporated below. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. Do not interfere with security, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Pinchnip, or the service.
3. Products, prices, and orders
Products and quantities are subject to availability. Prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping shown in the verified checkout control for the order. We may correct an obvious error or refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory error, legal restriction, or misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will provide the required refund through the appropriate payment method.
4. Payment
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe; Pinchnip does not receive full payment-card numbers. You authorize the displayed total, including disclosed shipping, tax, and discounts.
5. Shipping, returns, and the Catisfaction Guarantee
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Catisfaction Guarantee Policy are part of these Terms. Your cat is catisfied—or your money back. Contact us within 14 days after delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution. If we cannot make it right, we will refund the purchase price of the affected product to the original payment method as described in the Guarantee Policy.
6. Safe product use and veterinary information
Read product directions and supervise use. Discontinue use if your cat has an unexpected reaction. Website and educational content is general information, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Consult a veterinarian about medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, unusual behavior, or individual suitability.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Pinchnip’s original text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and site design are owned by Pinchnip LLC or used with permission. Personal, noncommercial viewing is permitted. Other copying, commercial use, or distribution requires written permission. If you voluntarily submit feedback, you allow us to use it without confidentiality or compensation obligations.
8. Disclaimers
Except for express promises in these Terms or the Catisfaction Guarantee, and to the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every cat will respond to catnip. Nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pinchnip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site or products. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, or to liability that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
10. Informal resolution and governing law
Before filing a claim, send a written description and requested resolution to team@pinchnip.com. Both sides will use good-faith efforts to resolve it for 30 days. Missouri law governs where legally permitted. After that period, claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these Terms do not force a consumer to surrender a non-waivable right or venue.
